Make TurboLucene into a proper TurboGears extension.
There is a specific entry point to set up, I think. Check out http://docs.turbogears.org/1.0/UsingEntryPoints?highlight=%28point%29%7C%28entry%29 and maybe see how TurboMail? does it.

The turbogears.entension keyword has been added for the 0.2 release, but I still want to look into the entry point stuff, to make sure it shows up in the toolbox too. That will be for the 0.3 release.
